Downloading Norton on your PC is a breeze! Just follow these steps:

1. Have your Xfinity ID and password ready.
   • If you don't know your Xfinity ID, you can find it using the online Xfinity ID recovery lookup tool.
   • Forgot or lost your password? Reset it now with our password reset tool.
2. Uninstall any existing security software from your computer, including previous versions of Norton.
3. Download Norton Security Online.
4. Enter your Xfinity ID and password, if asked.
5. Create or log in to your Norton account and then follow Norton's installation steps.

If you have received Norton Utilities Premium as a loyalty offer, you can initiate the download by clicking on the Download Now option in the email or by signing into your account.

Download and install Norton product on your computer

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Type in your email address and password for Norton, and click Sign In.

3. In the My Subscription page, under Norton Utilities Premium, click Download.

4. In the Get Started window, copy the Activation Key that is provided as you need to enter it during the activation process.

5. Click Agree & Download.

   Click the License and Services Agreement link and read the agreement before you download and install Norton.

6. Press Ctrl + J key, to open the Downloads window in your browser, and double-click the file that you downloaded.

7. If the User Account Control window appears, click Continue.

   Follow the on-screen instructions.

Activate Norton Utilities Premium

1. Start Norton Utilities Premium.

2. In the Norton window, click Activate Now.

3. Enter the Norton Utilities Premium Key and click Activate now.

Common mistakes when entering product key

• Spaces in the product key will cause an error.

• Make sure that you are entering license information for the specific product you are using. License information for one Norton product is not interchangeable with another Norton product.

• If you still see a message indicating incorrect or invalid licensing information, verify that you typed the license information exactly as shown.

  Some characters (such as the number 0 and the letter O) can look very similar. Try double-checking the following: the letters O, l (lower-case l), I (capital I); and the numbers 0 (zero) and 1 (one).
